The boat

We have been OPERATING TOURS AND TEACHING SCUBA DIVING IN CRYSTAL RIVER SINCE 1989. We are founding members of META (Manatee Eco Tourism Association), which is a nonprofit dedicated to education, cooperation, and proper manatee manners among the associated members. Our Captains offer an eco-tour on all of our excursions, as we travel at idle speed across Kings Bay to our destinations.



We encourage and answer all of your questions, and we hope to pass our love and knowledge of the Florida Manatee along to all of our guests! Our store front offers a library of manatee educational materials. We have free handouts from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service with manatee info and a local map of Kings Bay. All children are given a free manatee info worksheet, and a gold seal 8 X 10 MANATEE AWARENESS wall plaque after they have completed their manatee snorkel tours. It is a privilege to swim with these majestic creatures, and a wild experience that is unique to Citrus County Florida!

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
