This Yacht has the biggest BOW in the biz. Her flybridge sits 13 comfortably and with a 360 degree view 20 ft above sea level. Cocktail table and lots of seating. - Your online booking fee is paid online.



- Captain, Mate, Fuel and Cleaning is paid separately in addition to the online booking fee. $275 per hour and will be paid directly to the Captain upon arrival with Cash or using Zelle.

Casual boating attire.

Bathing suit, towel, change of clothes.

Barefoot is best to walk around to the boat.



((GUESTS))

All cruises may be up to 13 people. If your group is over 6 passengers, the conditions of a "Bareboat Charter" apply. If you're not familiar with the term "Bareboat Charter, don't worry, we will explain it to you and insure that your cruise is in accordance with the law.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By booking this charter, you agree that if any of the following occur, the corresponding amounts will be paid out from your deposit without dispute.



1. If any guest drinks and vomits anywhere in or on the boat. $200.

2. If any part of the boat is stained due to vomit, bodily fluids, food, drinks, clothing or by any means. $500 (Please use towels)

3. There is no smoking onboard. If any guest smokes onboard. $200

4. There is no smoking onboard. If the boats is burned in any capacity. $500

5. NO SHOW: If you do not show (arrive) within 60 minutes of your scheduled boarding time, either the full balance must be paid in order for the Captain to wait or the charter will be cancelled and renter will forfeit their security deposit and any prepaid booking fees.



Cancellation Policy / Poor Weather Cancelation Policy:



Once you have booked your cruise, your deposit is non refundable unless the morning of your cruise date, NOAA reports more than 70% chance of rain or 25 MPH winds. If you need to cancel due to scheduling changes, the yacht owner may allow you to reschedule your cruise within 12 months or sell your reservation. The owner may also issue a full or partial refund if the yacht can be rebooked for the same date and times.
