The boat

Our pontoon is the perfect to explore Fort Myers the water. With an open layout, your group will have ample space to enjoy the day out on the water!



You must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid US Driver's license to operate this boat. You must also have your FL Boater's Safety card, if you were born on or after January 1st, 1988.



Fuel is not included.

Rental start times are 8:30am or 12:30pm for 4 hours. 8 hour charters start at 9:00am.



The boat is only allowed around the island of Ft. Myers Beach. This means NO TRAVEL to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island or up to Caloosahatchee. This boat is NOT allowed ocean access and cannot be beached.



We do allow travel to Lover's key. It's a great spot to anchor and swim.



You are not allowed to ride on the bow of the boat while the boat is moving for safety reasons. Any excessive mess left behind at the end of your charter will result in a cleaning fee charged.



We have a fleet of boats of the same make and model in various colors, so the boat received may vary in color.



Driver must sign the damage waiver upon acceptance of the boat. Damage waiver is included in the price.

- Any child under the age of 13 must always wear a life jacket while on the vessel

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
