Pricing and Fees:<br/>In addition to our hourly rates collected by Boatsetter, the Port of San Diego requires us to collect an additional 11% Port and Marina fee. This fee is collected by us after your booking is made! Our unique rigid rail system provides all guests with safe, 360 degree access around the entire vessel. Other comparable charter sailboats require guests to remain seated throughout their entire charter! (See our photos)<br/><br/>Our aft lounge area is a great place to mingle, dance, or just take in the sights! The bow fordeck is another great place for guests to gather, and our extended Bow Pulpit offers guest to experience that special “Jack & Rose, King of the World” moment! We offer comfortable seating throughout and we are safe for all ages! <br/><br/>Romancing The Wind is the perfect entertaining venue for groups up to 30 passengers.* We specialize in Corporate Events, Family Reunions, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Graduations, Ash Scatterings, and Full Body Burials at Sea! We offer seasonal 3 & 4 hour Sail, Anchor & Swim excursions as well! Ask for details! RTW is a stable and safe vessel and offers a wide snd diverse range of custom cruising options. We offer full speed offshore sailing, gentle bay sailing, slow roll motor cruising, or any combination you want. Guest safety is always our prime concern! <br/><br/> Sound System: <br/>We have a fantastic sound system featuring a Fusion Apollo MS-RA 670 Bluetooth reciever, Fusion Signature SG-DA 41400 amplifier, and Polk Atrium 8 speakers. Our sound system rains music down from above over the entire vessel, and plays from any Bluetooth enable phone or smart device! <br/> <br/> Food & Beverages: <br/>Let us do all the work! We offer a wide variety of delicious food options featuring cuisine from local restaraunts, deli’s and caterers. We offer full bar service featuring top shelf cocktails, premium beers, wines, and hard seltzers. All bar packages are customizable and all are at very reasonable pricing! <br/><br/>BYO:<br/>If you prefer to BYO we charge a single $125 provision and cleanup fee. We provide all the ice and coolers you will need! Guests may bring any food items, beer, wine, and hard seltzers only. No outside hard liquor is allowed. Cocktail service, as outlined above, is available at very reasonable pricing, ask for details.<br/> <br/>About us: <br/>We are a Professional Charter Vessel LLC. Our sailing yacht, Romancing The Wind, along with our crews, provide a safe and comfortable cruising on the water experience. We are a USCG Documented & Inspected Vessel and also an authorized Charter Operator by the Port of San Diego. Our vessel is Commanded by a USCG licensed Master Captain, accompanied by a knowledgeable and experienced crew! <br/> <br/>Once booked, our staff will provide you with additional information and assist you in planning your charter with us! We require a credit card to be placed on file to serve as a security deposit and to collect any optional purchases. <br/> <br/>Tipping: <br/>Like any other service industry tipping is a part of ours. We do not charge an up front service or gratuity fee, but rather feel tips are earned by our crews for a job well done! Industry standard tipping ranges from 15% or more, of the total charter price including any additional purchases. Our crews are the best in the business and earn all gratuities recieved! <br/> <br/>* Groups up to 35 passengers may be accomodated upon request and approval by management.
