Renter/Operator must be at least 25 years of age, and have a Florida Boater Safety Card in born after January 1, 1988. For more information about this course please go to BoatUs to register for their free course. * Boat must stay within 25 miles of the drop off location and stay in the Intracoastal. If boat goes outside the limits additional fees will be charged. * Drop off location is the Lighthouse Park Boat Ramp, we can deliver to other locations for an additional fee. * No night time operation allowed * No smoking on the boat * No animals * No grilling on the boat * Boat must be returned in the same condition as the beginning of the rental. * Trash must be displaced and boat cleaned before rental is closed out by renters/operator *A late charge of $100 be assessed if more than 30 minutes late. * Renters/Operators are not allowed to refuel the boat. The fuel used during the rental will be charged once the rental is closed out and boat is refueled. * No cancellations will be considered within 24 hours of booking. * No taking the boat into the ocean. There is a head onboard, but should only be used in emergencies.
