Like New, Easy to Sail 33' Cruiser in Annapolis

Encore is a beautiful 2008 Hunter 33 in "like new" condition. This is an incredibly easy boat to sail, with a roller furling main and jib, and all the in hauls, out hauls and sheets leading aft to clearly labeled and easy to use clutches. She's not a racer, and made for very comfortable sailing. However, her large main and B&R rig means Encore sails extremely well, and makes good time at all points of sail.



Encore is docked in Mill Creek, which is arguably the most convenient (just outside of Annapolis) and prettiest spot in the Bay. The less than a 200 yard transit to the Bay has Osprey nests on every channel marker, and you get incredible close-ups of both these magnificent birds (and their chicks) as well as herons and others on your way out. As soon as you leave the creek, you have incredible views of the Bay Bridge and the entire Bay.



With three berths, two private cabins and air conditioning, Encore is perfect for a family overnight adventure either dockside (with air conditioning) or hanging on the hook (with a cool breeze). Baltimore, Galesville and numerous other cool gunk holes and marinas in which to stay overnight are all well within a non-aggressive day sail from Mill Creek.

Note: The refrigerator is on the blink. However, Encore has a built-in cooler. So, keeping food and drinks cold just requires ice. We ordered a new refrigerator, and plan to install it as soon as it arrives (in July).
