I’m Captain Kevin and I welcome you aboard “Just Right”.

I am excited to offer you the opportunity to share in my passion for boating by creating your own unique boating boutique charter experience on Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, or even dockside.



Would you like to embark upon a summer sunset cruise?

What about a fun filled afternoon in the Playpen or a bachelorette get together?

How about viewing fireworks near Navy Pier?

Maybe even an early morning breakfast with mimosa's, enjoying the magnificence of an early morning sunrise on Lake Michigan ? The ideas are limitless!!!



You can expect the pinnacle of professionalism, promptness, and pleasure. When your boutique charter is completed, you’ll be able to say “Everything was JUST RIGHT!!!”



THIS VESSEL IS USCG LICENSED TO CARRY UP TO 6 PASSENGERS W/CAPTAIN. THIS IS NOT A BAREBOAT CHARTER.



CRUISING DOWN THE RIVER FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL TOUR WITH NARRATION REQUIRES MUCH MORE EFFORT AND TIME TO NAVIGATE THE CHICAGO LOCKS TO AND FRO. THEREFORE A PREMIUM FEE IS REQUIRED AND CAN BE DISCUSSED.

We reserve the right to cancel charter due to the following conditions:

1) Weather: Which includes any of the following: sustained winds over 20 mph, small craft advisory issued, waves 3 feet or more, thunderstorms at the time of departure, heavy rain, and fog with less than 1.5 miles visibility. We will monitor weather conditions and determine whether or not to cruise anywhere 1 to 3 hours before launch.

2) Mechanical breakdown

3) Harbor is closed or access is not allowed

4) Civil unrest, rioting or war nearby



-We assume no liability for cancellations due to above conditions.

-Prior to boarding if any of these conditions are occurring we will attempt to reschedule the trip for another time that day or a different day in which a time slot is available.

-After boarding, if for vessel safety reasons, the trip must be cut short... refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed at the time of cancellation.



We will cruise in any temperature, cloud cover and light precipitation so please dress accordingly.

*** BOAT RULES ***

-NO PETS

-No smoking on the boat (All charters are NON-SMOKING. Use of any tobacco products, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapor devices, etc. are strictly prohibited. Use of any of these products may result in a non-refundable early termination of your charter and the assessment of a cleaning fee.)

-No paper or garbage is to be flushed down the toilet.

The toiled is protected with a mesh wire to protect it from receiving items that will damage the flushing system. If it is determined that a prohibited item is flushed down the toilet, a repair fee will be assessed and deducted from the deposit. If you are in need to use the toilet in an emergency situation, please notify the captain immediately.

-Aboard the vessel, the passengers are expected to exhibit maturity at all times, along with hydration, and responsible fun.

-ALL Charters start and end at 31st Street harbor.

THERE ARE NO PICK-UPS AT NAVY PIER or ANY OTHER HARBORS or LOCATIONS

-Minimum charter length is 2 hours

-Charter starts at booked time. Not your arrival time. Please don't be late.

-Any major spills and stains as a result of illness, carelessness or excessive drinking will be charged $200 for the cost of cleaning and sanitizing. There is always a risk of sea sickness, so please be sure to bring the appropriate OTC meds or Sea Bands.

-Any person that experiences sea sickness must remain on deck. The cabin area below deck is NOT an appropriate place for any person to deal with seasickness. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any person vomiting anywhere in the below deck cabin area of the cruiser, including the “head”/bathroom.



-Alcohol & Recreational Drugs:

Our company is not authorized to sell alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol to consume at their own risk. However, if any guest displays signs of being overly intoxicated before or during the charter, our company reserves the right to end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.

Illegal and recreational drugs are explicitly banned in any form. If consumption or possession of drugs is suspected, our company will end the charter with no refund or credit of the original purchase price.



-WEAPONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED-

No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed on board the vessel at any time. Bringing any of these prohibited items aboard may result in a non-refundable, early termination of your charter.



-The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s excessive profanity, unlawful, unruly, dangerous and unsafe behavior, without any consideration of contracted time remaining for the charter. No refunds will be granted.



*** WHAT TO BRING ***

-BYOB, Completely prepared light snacks, beach towels, Swimwear, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Phone charger Paper plates/cups, Soft-side Cooler with Ice, **State Issued Drivers License or I.D**

-All food and beverages should be ready to eat (No food or drink preparation allowed in the cabin). Microwave and sink are available for use. Catering can be arranged



****Customary gratuity for excellent service by the crew is not included but very much appreciated****
