PLEASE BE ON TIME! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS for late arrivals!

Parking, Traffic, must be kept in mind.

Rental timing will NOT be adjusted if you or your party is late!

Late charge of $250 per 30 mins will apply if you are driving and you return the boat more than 10 mins late.

For Drivers:

Only Licensed / Experienced Boaters are allowed. If you do not carry a boaters license and do not have experience, I can help arrange a captain/ driver.

No new-time Boaters will be given the boat without 50Hrs+ experience driving vessels this size!



Experienced boaters can drive this boat themselves. If you want to drive this boat yourself you will need to provide a boating license or have significant experience operating a similar boat. Our team will conduct an orientation with you to make sure you are comfortable with this vessel .

*Please note a captain may be available to charter your group upon request. Please inquire for more details. The captain’s rate is subject to the date and time of the trip but typically ranges from $100-$150 / hour and $250/ hour on holidays. The captain's fee is paid directly to the captain*



Boat Rules:

NO more than the allowed capacity on the vessel (includes driver)

NO SMOKING allowed on the vessel.

NO RED WINE/ RED Drinks allowed on the vessel.

NO RED Hot Chips allowed on the vessel.

NO Sunscreen Spraying allowed on the vessel.

NO PETS allowed on the vessel.

NO SHOES allowed on the vessel.



You may bring ICE, food, snacks, cooler drinks however please make sure to clean up after yourselves! Be considerate and keep the vessel clean at all times. Garbage Bags will be provided.



If you are expecting or pregnant, please let me know as it gets choppy and bumpy in Lake Michigan water conditions and I want to be as accommodating as possible.



Cancelation/Weather Policy:

For weather reasons, cancelations could happen ANYTIME depending on MARINE WEATHER changes. Thunderstorms / If Waves on the Lake are over two feet and/or there is a small craft advisory out on the lake, all bookings will be canceled or rescheduled.

Deposit will be fully refundable if that happens.

Once boat leaves the dock, There are NO REFUNDS/RESCHEDULES/EXCEPTIONS whatsoever.



Fuel Policy:

Fuel charge is extra and is paid by YOU (renter). You will be given a full tank and fuel charge will be submitted to Boatsetter for reimbursement after you return.

Fuel cost is estimated at $100 for a typical 4 hour trip.
