Chris is a knowledgeable captain and a spectacular host. The Tiara is a classic and is well cared for. This is a good boat for a large group, with plenty of different places to enjoy cruising. You can ride on the bow, relax up high on the flybridge, or sit in the medium-sized cockpit. It has a nice dive platform too should you wish to dive, and some road holder should you try some fishing. The interior and galley is quite large, should a whole group need to seek cover from a heavy rain. I would bareboat charter it again and would enjoy meeting Christopher again. A special note is that Chris was very helpful at every step, starting from the reservations procedures, to the shore logistics at both departure and arrival.
Christopher was extremely nice and had everything on the boat that one could need and more. He keeps the boat in great condition. We only had an issue with a new Anchor system that was recently installed but I'm sure he will get that issue resolved. He even threw in a new dingy that we could use to go in shallow areas. The Atlantic ocean can be brutal so I highly suggest against towing the dingy for a long haul over the ocean but the Gulf side is fine. This is a big boat that is wide and tall, a lot of boat to handle so be prepared, be safe and have some responsible fun.
