Be your own Captain. The 17' Hewes Tailfisher is a fishing machine. This boat only draft in 6" of water. It will get you into the grass flats where other boats can't. The boat is equipped with a Minn Kota Riptide remote control trolling motor. This definitely will give you the advantage to sneak up on fish and enter into the "no combustion motor" zones areas such as Weedon Island. The Tailsfisher also have a large 7" Lowrance Hook 7" GPS, Depthfinder, live well, fish box, 8' Wang Anchor, Bimini Top(option) to keep you out for the hot summer sun. A reliable 50 HP 2 strokes Yamaha will run all day on a full tank of gas for less than $30. The boat carry up to 3 passenger or 500 lbs limit. A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
