The prices disclosed includs Captain, and Boat for up to 6 people.  Additional fuel charges are paid at the conclusion of the charter to the Captian.

Question: Where do we go and what do we do?

Answer: We don't have set times or routes and we typically do a combination of slow cruising and or dropping anchor in the sound/ICW or the Pensacola Bay based on the guest's preferences. Message us to discuss and plan your day on the water.



Q: What is the fuel rate

A: The fuel rate can be estimated but not guaranteed due to guests preferences distance speed and weather conditions etc.



Q: How will I know if there what the fuel charges are going to be?

A: The Captain or owner will always discuss this with the primary guest ahead of time to reduce the chances of surprises . Typically this is discussed during trip planning prior to even leaving the dock but at times if a primary guests requests changes during charter with greater speeds, additional extended charter time etc. The fuel charges are due at the conclusion of the charter on the same day.

Q: if I have a budget for fuel to stay within, how can we try to keep to that.

A: During trip planning prior to even leaving the dock we typically discuss with the primary charter guest the average estimated fuel consumption based on plans so be sure to discuss your budget with us prior to the day of reservation so we can make suggestions and plan accordingly to help keep you within your budget without limiting the experience on the charter

Q: How will you know what the additional fuel expenses are?

A: The vessel is fitted with computers showing the fuel used.



About our Sea Ray Express Motor Yacht:



Our vessel is a clean, spacious, and well cared for certified yacht that is outfitted with modern-day amenities. Her features include but are not limited to an oversized swim platform with hot and cold rinse off shower, large bow sun pads, an oversized rear sunshade, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a large kitchenette with lots of counter space, two-burner electric cooktop, microwave, counter height fridge, TV, DVD player, internet hotspot, upgraded stereo system with XM satellite radio and Bluetooth to stream your own music. You are also welcome and encouraged to bring your favorite food, drinks, and mixers ( No red wine allowed). ( We don’t provide food or drinks other than bottled water )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ:



- Our goal is for our guests to have the safest and most enjoyable experience aboard. We expect everyone to treat our boat with care and respect and always practice safety standards while on the boat, in the water, and while using water toys.



- The USCG licensed Captain is in charge and is the only person who will operate the boat. The Captain, at his or her discretion, will provide instructions to guests for the sole purpose of keeping everyone safe and the vessel in good condition. If any guest continues to not follow the Captain's instructions the Captain, at the Captain's discretion, has the authority to end the trip immediately and without any refund. We would never want a guest to have an unpleasant experience but safety for everyone is the our number one priority.



- Extended Charter hours are an option if availability allows. For insurance, purposes extended hours must be arranged PRIOR to the end of the trip and with confirmation from Boatsetter.



- If the weather is not suitable for being on the water (i.e., torrential rains unsafe wind levels or small craft advisory issued), we will work with you to reschedule your boat trip to another day.

Coastal Florida does rain on a regular basis and many times the rain doesn’t disrupt everyone’s fun on the water.



- Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included and strongly suggested.



- No Red, No Smoking, No pets, No shoes being worn on board, and No illegal substances
