Victor, a native to Costa Rica, has made a big name for himself, not only in his homeland and now in Cabo, but worldwide, as he has been awarded "Best International Captain" by the IGFA, in 2016. The previous year (2015) he won the Los Cabos Billfish as Captain of the "Tranquilo" with a 399 lbs black marlin and also won the Bisbees East Cape, only to top it all off with a 3rd place in The Bisbees Offshore, with a 327 Blue Marlin, earning the team an astonishing $2,511,462 USD. In 2016 he won the Billfish release division of the Bisbees Offshore as well. "Tranquilo" was also named "Champion of the Pacific" (winning more tournaments than any other boat in the Pacific) for four consecutive years under his command. Price includes VAT.
