Overall not bad but not good...boat did come back with some damage from poor docking and even tho I said no shoes or Sandals, some people had them on when they returned. Unfortunately I would not rent to again.

John was a great renter took the boat out for seafair and brought it back in great condition would rent to again in the future

John and his family were very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable when it comes to boating. John has used Boatbound before and he says it gets better and better with each experience. They treated my boat like their own and were all well mannered and fun. I would definitely rent to John again and give him a "returning" renter discount!
