Matt was a pleasure to work with. He took excellent care of our boat while he and his friends were using it; requiring only the slightest cleaning after he returned it (just wiping it down, really). Matt was always friendly during our conversations, and he asked questions when he was unsure about the booking, instead of just assuming.
