    Great experience renting to Howard. We communicated a lot prior to rental and he came aboard with the presence that he knew what he was doing. He had a crew of three others with him to go out on the Chesapeake Bay for a few hours. Brought the boat back on time and fueled up. I would recommend Howard as a knowledgeable, responsible and friendly prospective renter!
