Revolutionary Planing Technology (RPT)
The RPT toon shape is one of the main features that distinguish Sylvan’s lineup of pontoon boats from those of its competitors. RPT essentially means that the shape of the boat’s main pontoons is changed from a traditional full-circle to a circle on top and a “V” on bottom, akin to what might be found on a modified-V monohull.
It is made from a single sheet of 100-gauge aluminum, which is bent to create the V-bottom shape. Then, just as with the round tubes, a single weld is made. The 14-degree deadrise design provides more lift than a traditional deep-V monohull but keeps much of the ride cushioning effect.
Because the V-shaped tube displaces less water and has a less wet surface than a round tube, it has less resistance and drag and produces greater speed with less horsepower than a traditional tube shape. This means the boat can go faster and use less fuel, all things being equal.
Safety
Safety and regulatory equipment provided (Life vest included, flares, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc.)
The boat is equipped with Humminbird GPS with updated charts and Fish Finder.
ALL renters will be required to have a Boater Safety Card or Coast Guard Boating License

Bill was born and raised in Monroe, Michigan, which is south of Detroit. He moved to Fort Myers, Florida with his family in 2002. He has worked with computers and online marketing all his life. He also was a teacher for part of his career, he taught High school, where he also coached football for 8 year. He still currently teaches part time at the FGCU. He has 2 kids that both go to the University of Florida. Bill has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and is a huge fan.

Cancellation policy strict
- Free cancellations until 30 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
