I have owned over 15 yachts over a span of 37 yrs. When I purchase this yacht, I put $500,000 USD with new paint, teak decks, new teak interior, granite countertops, new soft goods, and new 10k tables in the main salon and flybridge. There are 3 staterooms and 4 separate social areas. It is by far the nicest yacht in San Francisco as it is my personal yacht
