Spend the day on a pontoon boat in Destin, Florida. Book the Sylvan Pontoon for up to 8 people. Rates as low as $300 for 4 hours.



Rental times: (same rate on weekends):



4 hours = $300.00



6 hours = $395.00



8 hours = $485.00



**Fee for late rental returns = $25.00 every 15 minutes.**



Anchors and life vests provided.



Delivery and drop off/pick up of boat will be in Destin Florida or surrounding area. Once booking is complete, we will communicate via phone call, email, or text (your preference) to confirm where the most convenient location is for you. We want to make this as easy and convenient for you as possible. Please give at least 45 minutes notice when ready to return the rented vessel.



**ATTENTION: LEGAL INFORMATION**



Renter (rental captain) must be born on or before January 1st, 1988. Otherwise, renter must have a Florida state boater safety course certificate (or other state equivalent). Must show proper documents (boater safety card and current state approved I.D. Card, which is required before vessel is released to renter by owner) before taking control of rented vessel. No refund will be given if requested documents are not provided at vessel (rental boat) delivery. It is up to the renter to provide the above documents at time of vessel delivery (rental period). Owner has the option and may decline renting said vessel at any time if all requirements are not met by renter/rental captain.



Boat rental delivery, liability release, training documents, boat operations and responsibilities will be explained and signed off on by above renter. Glass bottles are prohibited by Florida State Law.



**Refund is forfeit if renter/captain doesn’t meet all Florida state law (or compatible) requirements for renting boats.**

Disclaimer - Gulf of Mexico is OFF LIMITS. All rental rights and privileges are revoked if renter/rental captain navigates into the Gulf of Mexico (refund revoked).

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
