20’ Sea-Doo Jet Boat in north end of Lake Travis

Boat available for booking and boarding only at select locations in Lago Vista at north end of Lake Travis.



This 430hp twin engine jet boat combines the comfort of a bowrider and the performance of a PWC. The boat provides seating for up to 8 persons although 5 makes for a more comfortable experience. Load rated for up to 1320 lbs including passengers and gear. Limit capacity to 7 persons just to be safe. The collapsible Bimini top and Bluetooth enabled stereo will enhance your time on the lake. All safety gear and equipment are provided. Add-ons are available (1-person, floaters, ice chest). The boat is in good operating condition with signs of normal wear and tear.

RENTER/OPERATOR LEGAL AGE

If you were born on or after September 1, 1993 you need to complete a Boating Safety Course to legally operate a boat in Texas. A free course is available online through BoatUS and takes about 4 hours to complete.



BOATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A jet boat operates slightly different than a traditional prop boat. Renter must articulate or demonstrate proficiency in operating boat and/or engaging in water sports.



FUEL INFORMATION

POLICY -renter pays for fuel. You will have the option to refuel the boat yourself, have the owner refuel for you and fuel expense deducted from your deposit, or pay a flat fee based on fuel gauge reading in cash or through Zelle. Refer to Boatsetter fuel policy for more information.

CONSUMPTION is determined by how you operate the boat, weight, wind, and other factors. Towing and higher speeds and weight may increase consumption to 15+ gph. Renters are averaging about 5 gph.

COST of fuel on Lake Travis vary and is typically $2+ above regular road fuel station gas prices. Renters are averaging about 5 gallons (around $25) per hour.

CAPACITY - 40-gallon fuel tank. Approximate fuel gauge needle readings are: one quarter tank is about 6gal, half is about 12gal, three quarters is about18gal, Full is about 24gal, Topped off about 40gal. Running the boat to less than a quarter tank is highly discouraged. Running out of gas while on the water will incur you additional charges that may be claimed from your deposit.



LIABILITY WAIVER

You will be asked to provide information on all passengers and agree with a liability waiver prior to boarding.



PASSENGERS

All passengers need to have the physical capacity and articulation to board and de-board the boat on their own to maximize their safety. INFANTS are not allowed on this ride.



PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES: We will accommodate body sizes from Child (>30lbs) to Adult 2XL but have a limited inventory. If we do not have your size, then you will need to provide your own.



START TIMES: 8am - 6pm.

END TIME: All bookings must de-board no later than 8pm.



CAR PARKING AND DOCK ACCESS: You will be responsible for ANY AND ALL parking and dock access fees as applicable.

- Red Wine.

- Uncapped drinking glasses, bottles, or cans.
