**1. What is the maximum number of guests allowed on a charter?**
The Champagne Lady, a commercial vessel, accommodates a maximum capacity of 150 guests, in accordance with Coast Guard regulations. No exceptions can be made.
**2. Where does the boat leave from and where do I park?**
The boat departs from Marina Bay, West Basin Dock, at 552 Victory Road, Quincy (dock next to the ferry). Free, ample parking is available at Squantum Park, Point Mira, Haul Rd, Quincy. Departures and drop-offs to and from Boston are available for an additional fee. For further assistance or directions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
**3. Is it possible to reschedule our charter under any circumstances?**
Rescheduling is contingent upon availability. Charters are generally not rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions. However, the Captain reserves the right to reschedule if severe weather compromises the safety of our guests.
**4. What is the cancellation policy?**
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the event may result in a partial refund of 50%, subject to the specific circumstances. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
**5. What is the allotted time for boarding prior to departure?**
Boarding is allowed 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We will await authorization from our point of contact before proceeding. Please note that we must return by the end of the scheduled time to prepare for the next charter. If you require additional boarding time, a half-hour extension is available for $375, with additional hours charged at $750 per hour.
**6. What is included in the price?**
Your own personal, fully fueled 80’ commercial vessel, featuring exceptional amenities such as an expansive ballroom and two bars, is ideal for large events. A dedicated captain and crew members will be at your service, providing assistance with both service and cleaning throughout your charter.

You may bring onboard cash for gratuities, liquor/beverages, and food of your choice.
**8. What should I wear onboard, and is there heat or air conditioning on the boat?**
For onboard attire, we suggest wearing comfortable, casual clothing suited to the weather. Layering is recommended to accommodate changing temperatures. Please note that the yacht is equipped with both heating and air conditioning.
**9. Can we bring decorations?**
You are welcome to bring small decorations, including pictures, smaller banners, centerpieces, and custom cocktail napkins. Please ensure that decorations do not adhere to the walls. Freestanding items or those hung from non-permanent fixtures are acceptable. Please avoid using adhesive materials or items that could damage the surfaces.
**10. What is the recommended gratuity and the payment method?**
The captain is dedicated to providing exceptional service for a memorable event. A gratuity of 15-20% is recommended and can be pre-paid by credit card or Venmo. Cash gratuity is also accepted on the day of the charter. All gratuities are evenly distributed among the onboard staff.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following behavior rules:
- **Respect the Crew:** Follow all instructions given by the captain and crew members.
- **No Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas, including hookahs, cigarettes, and marijuana.
- **No Illegal Substances:** The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- **Maintain Respectful Behavior:** Avoid destructive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
- **Noise Control:** Keep noise levels reasonable.
- **Pets:** Large pets or animals are not allowed.
- **No Unapproved Equipment:** Do not bring large or bulky equipment unless prior approval has been obtained.
