Choose a day on our super skinny Hewes poling skiff, the best selection for furtive fish hunting. A classic shallow water experience for chasing game fish on fly or light tackle. She's quiet, stable, and features a forward casting platform, trolling motor, and excellent storage for 9' fly rods. This is also a terrific boat for a relaxing 3-hour eco tour of the miles of mangroves, oyster bars and hidden bays holding a variety of fish, birds and wildlife. Go solo or bring a witness, but two passengers max (plus your guide) on the pocket fisher.

Roger has been a professional captain over 30 seasons. As an outfitter his concentration is on saltwater fly fishing and light tackle fishing, with focus on premier customer service. As a captain for hire, competences include yacht deliveries and cruising, boat handling and navigation instruction to a diverse private clientele. Roger has been invited to speak to various clubs, organizations, boating and yacht clubs about saltwater fly fishing and related topics, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Licensed since 1989, Roger maintains exceptional boat handling and navigation abilities, and has piloted a broad spectrum of vessels to 75 feet. Roger is licensed for up to 4 anglers. Passengers do not need to acquire a fishing license when fishing with captain Roger. He is an Orvis endorsed fishing guide and a certified Florida Eco-Friendly Guide by University of Florida Sea Grant program. He is a member of the Florida Guides Association and a member of Captains for Clean Water.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
