Our cruise directors are available to assist you with every detail of your celebration. With three luxurious decks, your guests will have plenty of room to roam and no one will need to travel far for boarding, as we are docked near Veterans Park in Delray Beach, just a hop, skip, and jump from the downtown Delray shops and dining.

▪️ Specific liquor, beer & wine can be added to any beverage service package and will be priced accordingly.
▪️ All beverages must be consumed aboard the yacht by guests 21 years of age & older and cannot be taken off the vessel.
▪️ Cash Beverage Service is available upon request. There is a bar setup fee of $500 at the client’s expense. All beverages are served in disposable plastic. Glassware can be rented at an additional fee.

Event Policies:
▪️ A minimum of 25 guests is required for private charters
▪️ A combined Food and beverage Minimum of $70 per person is required for all private charters.
▪️ There is a 3-hour charter minimum on all traveling charters that depart from an alternate dock than our home dock.
▪️ Evening private charters start at 6:00 pm or later and must end no later than 11:00 pm.
▪️ Private charter rates are subject to increased price if the charter start time is prior to 6:00 pm.

▪️ Outside Vendors are subject to Delray Yacht Cruises approval & are subject to a $150 coordination fee. Please contact here for further details & required documentation.
▪️ The ceremony Set-Up fee includes indoor/outdoor chairs depending on the ceremony location. It will be the operations crew's decision as to whether the ceremony will be outdoors or indoors based on weather patterns/forecasts.
▪️ We do not permit confetti, bubbles, glow sticks, or sparklers aboard their yachts.
▪️ Our Staffing Ratio is 1 per 30 guests for buffet functions and 1 per 50 guests for past receptions. Additional server or bartender requests are $200 each.
▪️ A fuel surcharge will apply to all charters.
▪️ Travel and dockage Fees apply to all charters departing outside of Delray Beach. A 3-hour charter minimum is required for traveling charters.
▪️ All charges are subject to a 20% Crew Salary and 7% FL Sales Tax.
