GENERAL: This 24 Foot, TriToon (w/ oversized Sportoons) by Godfrey Marine, Monaco 235SB with 250 HP Mercery engine will have you drooling at the moment the throtal is pressed as you glide across, what other boats may call... their wakes. Not only will you be able to cruise the open waters, but enjoy conversation while doing so with the quiet, yet powerful 2021 Mercery 4 stroke 250 HP engine. This is by far enough power to pull tubers, skiers, or wake boarders.



FEATURES: There is a changing room/pop-out on board for those that forgot to wear their suits or have a sudden change of mind to jump in the water for a swim. Bluetooth Stereo. GPS w/ Depth finder. Chilled Captain's Cup holder. Under seat Storage. Life Vests. Anchor. Color Changing Ambiance and water lighting (likely wont use lights as rental is for daylight hours).



ELECTRIC BIMINI TOP: This boat is too tall for ALL BRIDGES on Lake Greenwood with the Bimini Top up. The top must be put down when going under all bridges and when parking the boat on the lift. User/Operator will take full responsibility for replacement costs for any damanges done to the top during use. Warning, this is a very expensive feature to replace.



OCCUPANTS: The boat comfortably holds 6-10 people.



AirBNB/VRBO: This boat is to be rented with or as part of our AirBNB/VRBO on Lake Greenwood OR if the property is not being rented for that day. Search: "Lakefront Home with WATERTOYS! King beds, Hot Tub!" to book your stay on the water.



EXTRA TOYS: Included in the price if renting the home OR if the home is vacant AND you are renting the boat are 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Water Skiis, a knee board, 1 single person tube, 1 multi-person tube, and life vests.



FUEL: Although fuel effecient, we do not include fuel in the price. This is a 65 gallon tank and marine fuel is about $1 dollar more than land vehicle pricing. With conservative use, we've gotten through a long weekend on 3/4 of a tank use. Boat is to return with a full fuel tank. There are several gas stations on the lake.



OUR PERSONAL BOAT: This boat is our personal boat. It's only 1 year old, and we treat is as such, as we would expect you to as well even if renting. We ask that no drinks with colored dyes (example: cool-aid, red wine, margaritas) be taken on the boat. We even try to dry off at the back before sitting wet on the seats to preserve the interior.



PET POLICY: Strict, NO PETS. We have pets of our own, and even though they're like our children (or we like them more than our spouses), they're not allowed on board as their claws will puncture the seats. No exceptions to this regardless of how well trained or behaved your furry friend(s) may be.



EXTENDED USE PRICING: If interested in renting for the duration of your stay at the property, please ask for special pricing so that you may come and go as you please and not worry about using every hour of time on a single day.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We recommend that you have boating experience. This is a LARGE TRITOON boat. It drives differently than an inboard/outboard ski boat, and with this size motor, different than most Pontoon/Tritoons. The boat is stored under-cover on a boat lift. Operator will take full responsibility of parking/pulling in and out of the very narrow slip/lift. Parking the boat requires a minimum of 3 people. Unless you're an aboslute pro or even if you are an absolute pro, we still recommend a minimum of 2 as the parking space is narrow and lots of damage can be done from one slip.



BOAT RULE: The motor is to remain OFF if anyone is in the water. ALL LIFE FORMS, ROPES, and OBSTACLES MUST BE CLEAR of the propeller before starting the motor. Driver Operator is to remain sober at all times and comply with all USA and SC regulations regarding operating a motorized vehicle/vessel if under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
