She is cute, comfy, clean, spacious, powerful Mercury engine, and cruises smooth and fast. New seat covers, new back ladder and new table had been installed.
This is a legal charter, you can enjoy your time without being disturbed, hard rules on illegal charters in San Diego. Always check with the owner, you can not meet at public docks , dock and port fees need to be paid by the owner and need to have a charter sticker and need to have commercial insurance. BAY POLICE and COAST GUARDS this very serious and they always check the public docks for chartering or do random stops ( If you want to operate same regulations).
If you are not meeting at a commercial dock, when you meet at a public dock in San Diego bay , ( Shelter island boat ramp, Coronado Glorietta bay boat ramp, Chula vista boat ramp , Pepper park boat ramp ) means that you are participating into an illegal charter. Same regulations also apply Mission Bay, ( South shores boat ramp, Dana landing ramp, De anza cove ramp ). WITHOUT CHARTER STICKER , your charter can be ended anytime with big penalties and can even be TOWED when people were on board, they did to us twice , when we are not legal.
We have commercial insurance which is a very big amount , and each time, DOCK AND PORT FEES are also being taken, as being a legal charter. Most of the Charters use public docks to avoid dock and port fees.
Comes with COOLER with ICE and also FULL TANK of GAS in the price. Also has an Awesome Quality Built in BLUETOOTH with 6 Speakers and 2 SUB-Woofers. Also comes with an awesome FLOAT while anchoring. 3 toons, stable ride, you will not bounce and dive in from front.
You can bring Drinks, Alcohol, Snacks and food all welcome. Anchoring, partying , chillaxing or jumping into water, having fun on the float are also other options. Interior design is pretty stylish with three big lounge seats ,with good space to move around. Also very ideal for anchoring and jumping into water by using the back of the boat and the ladder.
