Important Booking Information:
Beverage & Snack Policy
You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks onboard, but please follow these important guidelines:
Alcohol Rules:
You may bring wine, beer, champagne, hard or spiked ciders, and soft drinks of your choice.
Hard liquor is not allowed onboard, unless explicitly approved in advance by our office.
Transport & Storage:
All beverages must be brought in a covered pack, bag, or small cooler - they should not be visible to the public.
No drinking is allowed in the parking area or any public spaces while coming to or from the boat.
Ice & Coolers:
Please bring your own small cooler or ice if needed.
Important Reminder:
All applicable laws, including those related to intoxication and boating safety, must be followed at all times.
No Children under 5 years of age
Final Passenger Count: Please confirm the final number of passengers before making your booking if you have more than 12.
No Refunds: Once your trip is booked, there will be no refunds for reducing the number of passengers.
Additional Fees: If your group exceeds 12 passengers, we do have additional fees for the commercial dock that we are covering.
Avoid Complications: To prevent any issues, please finalize your passenger count prior to booking.

Cancellation policy flexible
- Free cancellations until 24 hours before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
