To rent the boat, you must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. To operate a motor-powered vessel of 10 horsepower or more, ALL persons born after Jan. 1, 1988, must have successfully completed an approved boating safety course and have a Boating Safety Education ID Card issued by the FWC.









In the event of bad weather, you will have the following options:

- Reschedule your rental: You can reschedule your rental for a different date and time at our earliest availability. The original rental fee will be applied to the rescheduled date.

- Receive a full refund: If rescheduling is not possible or convenient, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee.



What is bad weather?:

Severe weather: Thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, gale warnings, or any other official weather advisories or warnings.

Heavy rain: Continuous downpours that significantly decrease visibility and make boating potentially dangerous or unpleasant.

Choppy water: Rough waves that could lead to seasickness or make operating the boat challenging.

Unsafe water conditions: Debris, low visibility, or any other environmental conditions that impair safe navigation.
