DMV’s 12 passenger Luxury Party Yacht with Free Captain and Crew!

FREE FUEL!! <br/><br/>All rentals will initiate and conclude from: <br/>James Creek Marina <br/>200 V street SW <br/> <br/>This beautiful Silverton 35ft Convertible is fully loaded! 8 speaker Bluetooth surround sound Stereo system for crystal clear sound no matter where you are on the boat. Full size refrigerator and freezer. Beautiful Salon (inside) area that seats 12 comfortably. The Deck area (outside) also seats 6 people comfortably. <br/> <br/>The SkyBridge and Bow areas are accessible by a set of wide steps for easy movement. The SkyBridge has a bench that seats 4 comfortably with 2 additional seats alongside the Captain for the best views of the DMV! The Bow (front) is equipped with 2 tower kickers so the party never stops for picture time! <br/> <br/>The bedroom is prohibited for lounging. The bedroom is reserved for guest needing privacy to change clothes or for guest who may become ill and need to lay down to rest. <br/> <br/>Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to access the vessel more than 10 minutes prior to your departure time.

Exterior Balloon decoration cannot be completed by guest, but is available upon request. You are allowed to decorate the interior of the vessel. However, no nails, tacks or anything that punctures or penetrates is allowed. (All decor must be approved by owner)<br/><br/>There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in the Salon area (inside with couches). However, All vessels are 420 & Cigar friendly for outdoor use! (Violation of this will result in a cleaning fee)<br/><br/>All cruises are BYO-Everything. NO GLASS PITCHERS OR GLASS CUPS will be allowed. Liquor bottles are the only exception. Bottle popping is ONLY allowed on the front bow of the vessel. Captain must be informed prior to this action to confirm that you are in compliance with the location. (Violation of this will result in cleaning fee)<br/><br/>NO sterno, charcoal, candle, flames, fireworks or any other pyrotechnic usage is allowed. There is an electric hookah aboard that is free to use. You are welcome to bring your own e-hookah liquid flavors. 
<br/>NO confetti, sparkles, snow or sprinkles is allowed to be used anywhere on the vessel. (Violation of this will result in a cleaning fee)<br/><br/>Cooler and ice are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own. The docks have ice, but not always guaranteed.

Please allow Captain or crew to perform all hookah and/or Bluetooth stereo set up. Please do not attempt on your own as you will be responsible for any damages incurred. 
<br/>The toilet is for urination only. Any other substance, material or solid waste (to include bodily) will result in a cleaning fee.<br/><br/>Ensuring your guest are in compliance with all rules and restrictions stated above is the responsibility of the renter.<br/><br/>Anyone that “appears” under the age of 14 years old is required by Coast Guard to wear a life-vest for the entirety of the Cruise.  Agape Ent does not furnish life-vest for infants and children under 14.  Therefore, you will be required to bring your own life-vest or the individual needing one cannot board the Cruise.
<br/>INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:<br/>In order for the Charter to be canceled due to weather there must be inclement weather within one hour of your departure time. In this case, all money including any deposits will be refunded. Otherwise, the cruise will go as planned.<br/><br/>If there is lightning within 5 miles during your cruise the cruise will be ended and your party will be refunded at a prorated amount per hour.<br/><br/>You may elect to start the cruise during light rain; however if you elect to start the cruise there will be no refund on the basis of inclement weather. Lightning in the area is non-negotiable and the cruise will be refunded or rescheduled.<br/><br/>TIPS are welcomed, encouraged and much appreciated!<br/><br/>Again, Thank you for choosing Agape Ent!
