WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
When it comes to destinations, we know the waters of Miami like no other. Depending on the microclimate situation, we can recommend the best itinerary, ensuring you visit iconic locations such as Star Island, Venetian Way, Palm Island, Hibiscus Island, Sunset Harbour, Biscayne Bay, Picnic Island, Monument Island, Bear Cut Sandbar, Nixon Sandbar, and Marine Stadium.
Your experience with us is truly tailor-made, and we can accommodate your preferences for 1, 2, 3, or as many stops as you desire (within reason), allowing you to enjoy every moment of your trip with us.
REMEMBER THESE ARE YACHTS AND NOT SPEEDBOATS THAT HAVE TO RESPECT THE LAW SPEED LIMITS SO IN ALMOST ALL AREAS IDLE SPEED HAS TO BE RESPECTED. Furthermore being yachts these cannot go ON islands or ON sandbars as there is not enough depth. So we can get close and swim but for full must sandbar experience we recommend outboard or smaller boats. Normally yachts make one stop or two (depending timings and location, as its more time consuming to set up a stop and repackaging and moving again)

TYPICAL ITINERARY - RECOMMENDED FOR DIFFERENT DURATION TRIPS:
4 Hours Trip
• Tour Brickell/ Biscayne bay and marine stadium/ Hobie beach and have good water time.
• Sunset tours beautiful too through Miami river Brickell with skyline. Fisher island BEST spot in Miami for sunset. Don't tell anybody🤣🫶.
• Tour millionaire homes / star island and venetian islands area. Dock close to monument island for Star island area. (Picnic island also an option) good water time.
• Sunset islands. Not common and super chill and nice.
• We can organize jet skis too.
• Normally one stop. (Can do more but depends on how much you want to enjoy each stop and not rush rush.
6 Hours Trip
• Allow to do all the above in a much more relaxed and chilled manner and properly enjoy two main stops🙌
• Nixon sandbar available to proper enjoy. Remember if this is a big yacht we can get close to sandbar. But not on top as not deep enough.
• Remember there are no bars at sandbars 😂🤦♂️

Note: FL state statutes mandate a quick FWC approved course or equivalent from another state for any boat charter.
Rates on Holidays are higher than the normal price.
The captain is not included in the rates.
The captain is to be paid outside of Boatsetter.
The reason why the captain cannot be included in the price is that LAW does not allow it. As per Bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain CHARTERER (person renting the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee separate from the Boatsetter transaction. Captain fee has to be paid the day of the trip.

Cancellation policy moderate
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Commercial owner
This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
