Well kept, reliable sailboat for local cruising

This Cal 9.2 is a nimble and reliable sloop built for family cruising and local racing. The boat was re outfitted last year with a new engine and mainsail, new standing and running rigging and new electronics. The plumbing and electrical systems have been redone. We have current safety equipment, including two new VHF radios with DSC and AIS, a separate AIS personal locator and a new Raymarine chartplotter as well as the standard required safety equipment. There are three full anchoring setups with anchors and rodes. The 23 HP Volvo diesel engine with a three bladed fixed prop drives the hull efficiently at more than 6 kph in calm seas. There is a tiller mounted autopilot. This Ron Holland IOR half ton design points well and sails fast off the wind. Two rod holders allow trolling off the stern.
