It provides a unique combination of speed, spacious comfort and stylish elegance to meet every occasion.

This boat comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and is ideal for group outings, family gatherings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, work events, entertaining clients, and romantic moments.

This boat is offered exclusively as a bareboat charter. That means you are not limited to a one size fits all pre-packaged outing and hope that you have a good time. Instead, you and your captain will customize an outing specifically designed based on what you want to do and see and to assure that you and your group have a great time!

Don’t know any charter boat captains in the Florida Keys? No worries. Upon booking your outing, I can provide a list of captains for you to review and select the captain of your choice. Or, you are welcome to provide a different captain as long as he or she meets the requirements and qualifications for operating the boat.

For charters, the 38LS’s thoughtful design translates into an elevated and memorable guest experience. We offer private charters to the Dry Tortugas where you can visit and tour historic Fort Jefferson, snorkel the windjammer shipwreck or relax on the isolated beach at Loggerhead Key. For your private charter to the Dry Tortugas, simply book an 8-hour reservation and there will be an additional charge of $500 for the excursion. The reservation for the Dry Tortugas must be made at the time of your initial reservation.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
