The boat
This is a 1996 Stratos 201 Pro XL, a very good hull for rough water conditions. Powered by a Yamaha 225 Pro V 2-stroke outboard. Equipped with a Minn Kota 80 connected to 2 lithium batteries means you can troll ALL DAY. Other equipment: Bimini top, Life vests, anchor, Lowrance LMS-332 Fish Finder/chart at the helm (small and old, but works), *No fish finder up front on the bow, only at the helm.
The boat is located in a private marina with key card access, I will meet you at the gate the morning of the rental.
Rental hours: as early as 6:00am and return no later than 7:00pm.
I have some rod/reel combos that can be added.
Warning:
*Clearlake does develop algae blooms in the summer months, while the fish don't care, most people do not like the smell in areas of algae buildup. The lake also gets windy in the afternoons. Cancelations due poor water conditions the day of are non refundable. Please check weather forecasts often prior to the day of rental.
*Given the low lake level, please stay far from the shoreline, especially around points, only approach the shoreline while trolling and not under power by the primary motor. Use caution and watch for submerged objects.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
