Pontoon for my V R B O home only.

Boat is for my VRBO rental only at this point (i.e. you have to be renting my VRBO which is fully booked for summer) DO NOT ASK TO RENT IF NOT. Sorry, but folks keep asking and I cannot keep up with responses.



25 Foot Pontoon boat and holds 10-14 folks.

We do have 10+ life jackets with a variety of sizes for use.



You must take a boaters safety course that I will provide a link to or you can go there yourself. Search for Georgia DNR Boaters Safety Course or similar (they won't allow me to post a link here for some reason). Please share with me before check -in.



Boat runs great. Seats have been exposed to elements and need recovering, but you don't have to worry about a kids/adults tearing, red wine drinkers spilling, or your dogs messing anything up at all :).



Bring boat back at the level it was provided to you (gas)

(Athens Boat Club is around the corner on the lake. non-summer hours Wed-Sunday)



You rent home for 7 days, you rent boat for 7 days at the rate listed. (not 3/7 days). The boat needs the insurance for the time you are at the property. I think if you go look at Paradise rentals, you will find this to be a solid deal since you don't have to drive to a marina and have back by a certain time and cannot keep overnight. We go out for coffee, then sunset cruises and those limitations wouldn't be good. Also, the insurance is time based is is the bulk of the expense that you and I split.
