Please no red wine or staining foods, no smoking, no fishing, no pets. We do not tie up with other boats. Swimming between two boats is prohibited. No lifeguard is on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Your safety is our priority. The charterer is liable for damages to the vessel.

Your hired captain will determine if the weather is deemed chartable. If the weather is unchartable, we will do our best to work with you on postponing or rescheduling the charter.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
