The boat
This pontoon only drafts 18 inches allowing us to snorkel the springs along the coast of North Pinellas county. Three Rooker Bar island part of the Anclote Key Wildlife Preserve is only a 20 minute ride from the spring. There we can snorkel in the shallow seagrass beds and explore the island to find a plethora of seashells. A lily pad and pool noodles are available and of course all the snorkeling gear. Bottled water and soft drinks are also available to you and free parking at the marina.

Originally a New Yorker made the move to Clearwater in 1995.  i’ve been enjoying the Pinellas county Gulf Waters ever since. I know some great snorkeling spots. And I’m very familiar with the Anclote Key wildlife, preserve state parks.  Also, I have an extensive knowledge of the history of the area that I’m always happy to share.
