A Bimini top provides shade that covers about half the boat, ensuring everyone has a comfortable mix of sun and shade throughout the trip. To comply with Texas boating regulations, the renter must be born before September 1, 1993, or have a valid NSBLA boater’s safety certification. Please note that Texas sales tax is due on the date of the trip, and the marina also charges a $20 parking fee upon arrival.
