It is a USCG-inspected and certified vessel for 40 passengers and crew. 20 x 20-foot covered lower deck lounge area perfect for catering. The ample center island offers a spacious area for any style of food presentation & ample storage.



With its innovative catamaran structure, it provides the most comfortable, smoothest ride of any power boat ever! The vessel features a unique hull design with elongated “proas” or wave piercers that do just that. They reach forward to oncoming waves and instead of impacting and bucking over them, the slender hulls pierce and penetrate the waves, which pass, unmolested, under the elevated superstructure, allowing for the smoothest ride possible.

◾️ WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. However, you are more than welcome to bring food or order catering through us. If we find outside alcohol or drugs we will terminate the charter and no refunds will be given. I will include (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA) an open bar of Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, bottled water, domestic beer, and California red & white wines including Pinot, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet.

- An outside catering and corkage fee is applicable should you like to bring your catering and drinks.

- The final price is based on catering, bar, guests, taxes, and any add-ons.

▪️ 50% of the total amount is required to reserve the date. In case reserving a date more than one month apart. The remaining 50% would be needed 10 days before the trip date.



◾️ Weather Policy: Each vessel is U.S. Coast Guard inspected and provides a safe and stable ride with a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and crew onboard. With shade canopies and side curtains, or enclosed lounging areas you’re assured of comfort–rain or shine. Due to the rapid weather changes here in Florida, forecasts are not always reliable, we very seldom have rain that will last all day, therefore cruise cancellations are not based solely on weather forecasts. The captain will usually not cancel a cruise until very close to the time of the cruise or may choose to delay departure. Thunderstorms, heavy or steady rain, extreme cold, and/or steady winds over 25 mph may cause a cruise to be canceled. Please feel free to call us if you have any concerns. We will contact you if the cruise is canceled. If the Captain cancels the cruise you will receive a refund or an opportunity to reschedule or receive a gift certificate (public cruises).



◾️Cancelation Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this date. Balance must be paid in full 7-days before departure. Cancellations made within 7 days before departure will result in the full balance due. There will be a 25% rescheduling fee assessed to change departure time or date, within 7 days of departure. Changes made to this contract must be approved by the boat owner. Any changes made within 3 days of the charter including start time, vessel, and activities, may incur additional fees at the discretion of the boat owner. Should the boat owner cancel due to unsafe conditions, mechanical failures or any other calamity to a vessel, all monies excluding food and setup will be refunded if the party is unable to reschedule. Should the vessel be left in a disorderly condition after service, the client will be billed for additional cleanup services and/or damages? USCG regulations now state this is a non-smoking and drug-free vessel. Any client’s behavior or activities considered to be illegal or perilous will result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund. The boat owner is not responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by late arrival, departure, or change of schedule by the client. The boat owner is not responsible for loss or inconvenience due to theft, traffic, weather, labor disputes, government restraints, or any causes beyond the control of the boat owner. All guests will drink responsibly and may be suspended from alcoholic beverages if the captain or crew deems it necessary.
