Capacity
For everyone’s safety, the boat is limited to:
* Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons
* Maximum Weight Capacity: Approximately 1,700 pounds, including passengers, coolers, fishing gear, and all personal belongings.

Your Rental Includes
Every rental includes:
* Three fishing rod-and-reel combinations
* Assorted fishing tackle
* Four U.S. Coast Guard-approved adult life jackets
* Required onboard safety equipment
* Up to two bags of ice upon request

Life Jacket Requirements
The four included adult life jackets are required to remain onboard at all times, regardless of whether they are being worn.
If your party includes more than four passengers, additional properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets must be supplied by the renter.
Texas law requires all children under 13 years of age to wear a life jacket whenever the boat is underway.

Fuel Policy
The boat will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
As part of our standard check-in and check-out process, we will document the engine-hour display and the boat’s condition with timestamped photos.
At the conclusion of your rental, the boat will be refueled to a full tank. The renter is responsible only for the actual gallons of fuel used, based on the marina fuel pump receipt, at the current South Padre Island market price per gallon. A copy or photo of the fuel receipt is available upon request.
Our goal is complete transparency so you pay only for the fuel you actually use.

Boat Condition
Your boat will be delivered clean, fueled, inspected, and ready for your adventure.
We understand boats are meant to be enjoyed, so normal use is expected.
However, excessive trash, fish remains, mud, sand, spills, staining, or any condition requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in a reasonable cleaning fee.

Self-Operated Rental
This is a self-operated rental.
The renter may operate the boat or designate another qualified individual to serve as captain during the rental period.
The renter accepts full responsibility for ensuring the operator complies with all Texas Parks & Wildlife boating regulations and operates the vessel safely and responsibly.

Cancellation policy strict
- Free cancellations until 30 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
