My boat is a 1977 Chris Craft catalina 35 Foot yacht cruiser, with a TOP SPEED OF 10 MILES PER HOUR PERIOD. Refrigerator and ice box, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen sink with detachable sprayer, 3 bed 2 cabin 1 futon, tinted windows for privacy, 2 trash cans on board.
Please no animals, the
upholstery is very fragile and expensive to replace, UNLESS it is a service animal.
Life vests are available on the vessel for people of all sizes to use at their own discretion. 7 years and younger are required to wear life vest by law when emerged from cabin. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE THAT YOU WEAR A LIFE VEST AT ANY GIVEN TIME SHOULD I BE CONCERNED FOR YOUR SAFETY DUE TO YOUR LEVEL OF INEBRIATION. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Alcohol is allowed on the vessel, please drink responsible.
The sound bar mounted on the dash where upper seating is has two Bluetooth 300 watt speakers where you can link up your favorite toons anytime.
The water mat aka Lilly pad water mat is available to use at anytime anchored.
Noodles are also on board for use.

Security deposit
