Please note that our vessel has a maximum capacity of six persons and a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours. If you wish to extend your booking beyond the original reservation, an extra fee will be charged, which can be discussed on the day of the trip. Remember to show your appreciation for an exceptional experience by tipping your captain. While a tip of 15-20% is customary, it is not mandatory. Our captains are dedicated to providing an outstanding day on the water and are committed to going above and beyond to make it a memorable one.
Waivers must be signed for everyone aboard as well for those bringing minors.
IMPORTANT
In the event that the captain deems that the charter guests have engaged in unsafe or hazardous activities, the captain reserves the right to end the charter, resulting in the loss of the trip.
REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a full refund, at least a 48 hour minimum is required to notify us of any cancelations.

- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
