The Charterer or Operator must:<br/>- Hold a minimum of 50GRT USCG Merchant Mariner Credential, Inland or Near Coastal<br/>- At least three years of familiarity with operating vessels of 35 feet or larger on San Francisco Bay<br/>- At least 90 days underway on twin engine vessels<br/>- Have familiarity with Emeryville Marina<br/>- Experience with Volvo Penta engines and controls a plus
