Ideal relaxing on the large lake Talquin for sunning, fishing, and getting out to explore. Rented additionally to the Lake House rental (house available through a rental agency or directly with us) or separately for times when the house is not occupied.
You can drive up the large Lake Talquin to explore the beauty of the national park and many sights that are untouched and a rare sight to see.
Fishing is bountiful in the lake with a variety of fish that fishermen come from all over the world to experience.
Brand new upholstery, carpet, bimini top, and accessories that make this boat practically a new boat.
Boat rental upon pick up/departure is fueled full and oil topped off to make it easier and seamless for your departure and check out. However, fuel and oil must be refilled upon return to full state. Whenever fuel is added also oil at renters expense must also be added simultaneously as it is a two stroke motor. Upon pre-planning, we can also provide for convenience, a filled 5 gallon fuel container for long cruises for precautions to have enough gas to return. This also must be returned filled upon return of the boat.
There are a dozen life vests on board as well as a trolling motor for areas you want to be stealth to get into and minimally disturb the waters. Please make sure that anyone who moves and uses the trolling motor, is informed on how to use it as it is something to be careful with and is expensive. Anything broken upon return will be taken out of a deposit requested and paid prior to boat pick up for security measures.
We also rent a paddle boat and kayaks if you’re interested in a whole day on the water pre and post boat rental for additional rental fees.
A local bait and snack and ice place is right up 1/4 mile on the road up from the dock where we house the boat. So stop before check in to grab any bait, drinks and food for your trip. There are limited access to gas and stores on lake talquin so prepare ahead of time for food and fuel.

We have lake front property homes that we rent along with renting kayaks and a paddle boat and stand up paddle boards. Please inquire about other items for rent. We have space to rent boat slips on lake talquin as well so do inquire if you have a boat you would like to lease a slip for. Our boat may be parked at the lake house we rent if you’re renting the house or may be at the dock next door if just renting the boat.

Cancellation policy moderate

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
