Some boating and waterway experience recommended. On arrival to the Marina you’ll go to the ship store and pay $12.00 per car to park. Load your items onto the boat, set it up and get ready to go. (NOTE- This is a 7 day a week Marina 8am-5pm, this is a pay to park your vehicle Marina. Parking may be across the street and is only a short walk from car parking area. The ship store will have an array of drinks, snacks, maps, hats, shirts, and ICE, etc. Our 2021 Sylvan 20' tri-toon is powered by a 2021, Yamaha 150hp Vmax. It has an SPX performance package. The sport package has a 61 gallon gas tank allowing you to enjoy a full day on the water. The boat is equipped with a double battery power system, 2 anchors with long lines and two handheld 8 foot stick-it poles to further secure the boat on the beach or in the calm waters. The boat has a double bimini top for shade coverage during your outing. It has a Garmin Navigational system and a JL audio, 4 speaker stereo with Bluetooth. Onboard will be 8 adult life vests and 2 children’s life vests, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 handheld compressed air horn, 1 flare gun and a medical kit. The rear bench folds down to create a large lounger. There are 2 locations to place the onboard table. There is a pop-up changing room or to use the portable ""John"" if needed (please remove your waste). The waterways you can travel from this location can get you to Cabbage Key restaurant and beautiful Island beaches within 20-30 minutes of launching, or a relaxing boating experience with the music playing.
The boating channels are clearly marked. The tides are always changing so rule of the thumb is stay within channel markers for safety. We have traveled in the channel south to Sanibel Island Lighthouse point, all the way north to Little Gasparilla. There are several locations that lead out to the Gulf of Mexico, including Captiva Pass, Boca Grande Pass and Gasparilla Pass. Great nearby locations to anchor are Pelican Pass, Cayo Costa, Captiva, North Captiva beaches and many more. Your boating experience may include seeing dolphins and manatee swimming in the waters. The boat will be fueled up when you take it, IT must be filled on its return to the marinas fuel dock before 4:30pm in the afternoon or your credit card will be charged for the amount of fuel consumed with receipt verification emailed to you upon request from Boatsetter. Additionally, please review the Boatsetter documentation. Also, please remember if anyone is at the stern of the boat, shut the engine off for safety. NEW FLORIDA BOATING REGULATIONS; anyone born AFTER Jan 1, 1988 is required to have one of the following documents to operate a vessel in the Florida waters, 1) valid Florida boater’s safety Lic, temp certificate, or NASBLA boater’s Lic. 2) OR a valid U.S. Coast Guard captains Lic.
