Veteran sommelier Troy Knapp recently launched this oenophile’s dream at Southwest DC’s Wharf: Cru Classé, a 47-foot French sailing yacht, available for private groups of up to six people. Champagne and Provençal rosé evoke the French Riviera. You can add to l’apéritif hour with seafood plateaus and charcuterie.
