Our Air BnB and VRBO guest renting our "Quintessential Lake Cabin" on Lake Hamilton can also rent this 2010 Chaparral Sunesta 244 family ski boat.



The boat comes with skis, a wakeboard, an innertube and plenty of ropes, life vest, ski vest ranging in sizes from XS Child to XXL Adult.



We ask you to fill the boat back up with Premium Gas, empty the trash can if you used it, and wipe up any spills - basically leave it as clean as you found it and . . . full of Premium gas.

My wife Wendy and I have been preparing to retire to Hot Springs for the past 10 years and we're counting down the days. In the meantime, along comes Covid and put a kink in the plans. So now we are basically renting out our dream days of life in a quaint old log cabin on the lake and a boat, and a house downtown in the Historic District. Frankly, sharing the joy of Hot Springs has allowed us to live our retirement dream life vicariously through our guests. We hope you feel the same way we do every time we leave Hot Springs, which is a combination of "sad to be leaving" and "planning our next trip back."
