IMPORTANT RULES
No children under 2.
NO DRINKING AND DRIVING: The boat operator may not consume alcohol while operating the boat. Violation may result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit.
PROP DAMAGE: If anything hits, wraps around, or gets stuck in the prop, STOP THE BOAT IMMEDIATELY. The rental may be terminated so the boat can be inspected before further operation. This includes tow ropes.
The prop and underwater components are inspected and photographed before and after every rental. Keep tow ropes clear of the stern while the boat is in gear and always watch water depth.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
