Experience the beauty of the Florida Keys and Everglades with our 5 unique float plans, including a mud bath island bird rookery tour, a mangrove safari jungle cruise, and a combination of sailing and kayaking. Our 32-foot swing keel shoal draft sailboat is perfect for exploring the shallow waters of the Keys and Everglades, and with over 30 square miles of good wind and small wave height in the bay, you can enjoy a safe and easy day of sailing.
Please note that you must have previous sailing experience as the captain of a keel-based sailboat, and be prepared to pass a qualification test before renting. If you are not sure if you qualify, PLEASE ASK. If you are not a qualified sailor, we offer 2 and 3 day ASA accredited sailing classes to teach you the skills you need. Or, if you just want to get out on the water with one of our experienced captains, we offer half or full day sailboat rentals.
There will be a boat check out briefing at 9AM (we do one per day). Please be at the property 15 minutes before 9AM If you miss the boat check out at 9AM and you would still like to sail, your sailing time will be reduced and a $50 additional fee will need to be paid to redo the briefing.

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
