- Bay Area Only: This vessel is strictly for intracoastal waters, from the end of Haulover sandbar to Fort Lauderdale Beach. No ocean excursions allowed.

- Speed Limits: We'll follow USCG speed limits throughout the intracoastal waters.

- Weather Policy: In case of unsafe weather, we reserve the right to cancel with a full refund or reschedule.

- Departure Point: Conveniently located at Dania Beach, with easy access to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach, and Haulover sandbars.

- Security Deposit: A $1,000 hold will be placed on your card on the day of the trip, which will be released after a safe and successful journey
