** Miami Cruise - 35 Ft PARTY PONTOON **

Let's take off from Watson Island near Miami Beach. We'll cruise for a little bit and head out to the World Famous Flagler Monument Island where you can enjoy the beach and island or just chill in the warm Miami waters.

-Your online booking fee is paid online. This pays for your reservation and boat rental.



-Renter pays Captain, Mate, Fuel and Cleaning in "CASH" or "ZELLE" on board at the beginning of the cruise.
$140 per hr.



 

We believe that tips should be EARNED, not charged. If you feel that our service was deserving of a tip, we would greatly appreciate it, but it NOT REQUIRED.

 

Attire:

Casual boating attire.

Bathing suit, towel, change of clothes.

Barefoot is best to walk around to the boat.



All cruises are up to 12 passengers.



You will board your boat at Watson Island near Miami Beach.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Cancellation By booking this charter, you agree that if any of the following occur, the corresponding amounts will be paid out from your deposit without dispute.



1. If any guest drinks and vomits anywhere in or on the boat. $200.

2. If any part of the boat is stained due to vomit, bodily fluids, food, drinks, clothing or by any means. $500 (Please use towels)

3. There is no smoking onboard. If any guest smokes onboard. $200

4. There is no smoking onboard. If the boats is burned in any capacity. $500

5. NO SHOW: If you do not show (arrive) within 60 minutes of your scheduled boarding time, either the full balance must be paid in order for the Captain to wait or the charter will be cancelled and renter will forfeit their security deposit and any prepaid booking fees.



Cancellation Policy / Poor Weather Cancelation Policy:



Once you have booked your cruise, your deposit is non refundable unless the morning of your cruise date, NOAA reports more than 70% chance of rain or 25 MPH winds. If you need to cancel due to scheduling changes, the yacht owner may allow you to reschedule your cruise within 12 months or sell your reservation. The owner may also issue a full or partial refund if the yacht can be rebooked for the same date and times.
