All boat operators must present Boater Education Card at check-in. If you book with a captain, we will try our best to arrange one for you.

Fuel
The boat fuel tank will always be full at check-in. A refuel will be done at check-out and payment can be done via cash or fuel reimbursement form. Note: A convenience fee of 5% will be charged for fuel reimbursement form

Beverage
All beverages are allowed on the boat except red beverages as it can stain the leather. A fee of $100 will be charged if there is any red stain on the seats.

Life Vest
Boat is equipped with 7 life vests. If any were used, please keep it outside until check-out.

Seat Cushions
When accessing the boat storages, please be gentle with the seats as it have bracket under them. If any is damaged, a full replacement cost around $300-$600 of a seat will be charged.

Trash & Cleaning
All trashes must be in the trash can. At check-out, if the boat has trash laying around and food on the floor, a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged

Boat storage
Storages MUST be kept dry at all time. Wet life vests will need to be outside until check-out. If anything such as watergrass, sand, etc are found in the boat storages, a full boat detail of $600 will be charged.
ATTENTION: All the surcharges will be discussed at check-out and will be submitted through fuel reimbursement form with a 5% convenience fee

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
