Boat Rental Terms & Policies
Before booking please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience on the water:
Delivery & Pickup
Your boat will be delivered to the designated launch ramp and picked up after your rental — no towing or transport needed on your part.
Fuel Charges
Boats are provided with a full tank. After your trip, you’ll only be charged for the fuel you use.
Arrival Time & Delays
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete loading and the safety briefing.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your start time may be pushed back, but your end time remains the same.
A $50 return trip fee will apply if we need to come back to the ramp due to lateness or miscommunication.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If we haven’t heard from you by your scheduled start time, your booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 72 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations are not eligible for a refund unless weather conditions prevent safe operation.
Weather Conditions
In the event of unsafe weather (strong winds or heavy rain), you’ll receive full credit toward a future rental.
If you launch but return early due to weather, we’ll prorate your time on the water accordingly.
All weather-related decisions are made with safety as our top priority.
Rental Agreement
A rental agreement must be signed prior to your rental. No exceptions.
Safety Rules & Operation Guidelines
Maintain at least 60 feet from other vessels, as required by Arizona law.
Always check your surroundings before turning or changing direction.
Operate at no wake speed near docks, shorelines, other boats & in no-wake zones.
Safe and respectful boating is expected at all times.
Operator Requirements
Drivers must have prior boating experience.
No first-time or inexperienced drivers permitted.
You must be confident in your ability to safely operate the vessel.
Age & Capacity Limits
Drivers must be 25 or older with a valid driver’s license.
Do not exceed the boat’s passenger or weight capacity.
Children 12 and under must wear life jackets.
Alcohol & Substance Use
Absolutely no operating the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or marijuana.
Passengers may consume alcohol responsibly, but reckless behavior will result in early termination without a refund.
Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is $1,000.00
This covers any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or late returns.
Boat Condition & Cleanliness
Please return the boat in the same condition it was delivered.
A cleaning fee will be applied if the boat is returned excessively dirty or littered.
Any damage caused during the rental is the renter’s responsibility.

Cancellation policy moderate
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
